This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, providing a peaceful and tranquil stay. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful, making our visit memorable. The rooms were well-maintained, with a big bathroom, ensuring comfort during our stay. The breakfast included a variety of options, such as cold meats, cheese, eggs, and cereal, accompanied by delicious bread.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory and enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They accommodated all of my requests and were really good too ensure I had a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, with the rooms being cosy and super clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to tourist attractions like Wawel Castle.
